Privacy Policy
At Yieldpathikzfra SpA, a Chilean company with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4775, Floor 14, Las Condes, Santiago, we handle your personal data carefully and in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and its amendments in force in 2026. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.
1. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when filling out forms (name, email and message) as well as basic technical data such as browser type, operating system and approximate city when you grant consent for analytics. We never request your RUT, passwords or banking details on this informational site.
2. Purposes of processing
We use your information to respond to business enquiries, schedule meetings with advisors, measure interest in specific projects and, if you authorise it, optimise our advertising campaigns on Google Ads. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Lawful basis
We process your data with your explicit consent (when submitting the form) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform. For analytics and advertising cookies we use Google Consent Mode v2, keeping consent denied until your affirmative action.
4. Retention
We keep contact data for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction, unless a longer legal obligation applies. Anonymised technical data is kept for 14 months in analytics systems.
5. Processors and transfers
We use technology providers in Chile and the European Union for hosting, email delivery and advertising measurement (including Google LLC). These processors act under contract and we require equivalent protection standards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability by writing to privacidad@yieldpathikzfra.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Chile’s upcoming Data Protection Agency once it becomes operational.
7. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control and periodic audits. Despite this, no system is 100% inviolable; we recommend not sharing sensitive information through unofficial channels.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or product changes. The current version with its date will be published on this same page and, if changes are substantial, we will notify you by email.
